As a team we strive to get your goods to you on time and in full. Our lead time is 2 working days from the date of order.
All orders placed need to reach a Minimum Order Value threshold of £40. Free delivery over £100 excluding VAT, for orders between £40 and £100, there is a small carriage charge of £12.00 + VAT.

Please note the products for sale are intended for hospitality and commercial catering use and therefore the unit of sale, for example carton or multipack, will be labelled in accordance with the legal requirements for this use. The individual items included may not be fully compliant with retail sale labelling requirements. Perch takes no responsibility for the labelling requirements where products are used in a domestic environment. Users should at all times retain and refer to the unit of sale labelling for relevant information regarding instructions for use, nutrition or allergies.
Orders are subject to stock availability, if any items are out of stock we will refund you with the relevant value.
Perch stocks a comprehensive range of generic and exclusive products which are available for immediate dispatch nationwide. Please contact us via email or phone for delivery requirements outside mainland UK.
If you are unhappy with the product you ordered, or to claim for damage in transit - this must be specifically notified on the delivery proof of delivery at the time of the delivery of any damage / loss or suspicion of damage that is noticed. Please contact us when convenient to arrange a collection with our carrier to collect the goods and we will arrange all other transport.
